Delete your account

Deleting your Rankyst account permanently removes your account and associated personal data as implemented in our systems.

This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your practice history, mock attempts, bookmarks, Pro access records, and other account data tied to that account.

There is no web-based account deletion form. Deletion is handled through the app or by contacting support.

To delete your account from the Rankyst mobile app:

• Open Rankyst and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings.
• Scroll to Delete account.
• Read the warning, then confirm deletion.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed according to our systems. You will be signed out.

If you cannot open the app or sign in, email contact@rankyst.com from the same email address registered on your Rankyst account.

Ask us to delete your account and confirm that you understand the action is permanent.

We may verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.

After deletion, we remove or anonymise personal data associated with your account, except where we must retain information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Payment records required for accounting or legal compliance may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

If you are deleting because of a billing issue, contact support first — deletion may not resolve a payment dispute on its own.

If you only want to stop using Rankyst temporarily, you can uninstall the app without deleting your account.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should help you with this decision.
